The staff was very friendly and willing to help.

The shower would not switch from the faucet to the shower head, and the water barely trickled out.

Truly enjoyed McKinney, the hotel was excellent in Dallas. It was close to church and family, and dining options, marvellous location overall. Tried some takeout specials at Burger King, luckily it was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The whole staff was excellent.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with any needs. The location was also convenient for accessing nearby amenities and services.

Some minor maintenance issues were noted .

There were 2 things I did not like about our stay. 1st - when you turned on the water in the sink, small bugs started coming out of the 2 holes in the sink. 2nd - the air conditioner did not cool properly

The pool was absolutely awful!!It was like swimming in a creek! It was dirty and smelly. Our daughter was so excited to swim and we got there and found this disaster

The room was dated, needs remodeling. The pool was very small.The towels were not in room, had to go to front desk to ask. I felt that it was not worth what I paid.

The location of this Days Inn in McKinney is great, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. The staff here is really friendly and eager to help, which makes a huge difference. I appreciated that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, just what I needed after a long day. The mini fridge and microwave in the room were super convenient for my snacks and drinks. I did encounter some issues. The shower didn't switch from the faucet to the showerhead properly and barely had any water pressure. It made for an annoying start to my day. Breakfast wasn't excellent either. The options were quite limited, and I expected more variety for the price. Despite these inconveniences, the overall atmosphere was nice.

There was plenty of food for breakfast, including fresh bread, yogurt and fruit. Good and reasonably spacious room, it included climate control, a personal safe and a microwave oven.

We will never stay here again. Room was dirty. Cigarette burns on counter top, could feel filthy carpet when walking across room, there were empty cigarette packages in the night stand drawers and a coffee pot with no coffee. Came back to room after doing some shopping to find our door was left open by the cleaning people. There are people with families living in some of the rooms. Did not feel safe. No water in pool and no breakfast fit to eat. Strangers knocking on our door all hours of the night. When checking in the clerk said he was going to upgrade us to a king size bed and then told us it would only cost a few dollars more. When we replied we did not want to pay for an upgrade he tried to argue with us about what a better deal it would be. The best deal would have been to try to find another hotel.

I had the most good stay! The room was supervery comfy and tidy. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect spot to soak up the sun after a long day!

It was a comfortable room, not the top of the line but definitely not the worst.

It could have been a nicer room, but the price was right for the room.
